3D CAD Design & Manufacture
IBS Centre of Engineering Innovation is able to produce accurate 3D models of single components or large assemblies. 3D computer aided modeling allows us to focus on the functional requirements of a design rather than spending time solving geometry problems.
Our 3D models allow us to run full dynamic behavior tests and accurately predict loads and accelerations during the design phase rather than during the prototyping and manufacturing phases. These pre-production models greatly reduce our design to manufacture lead-time and improve the tolerances and therefore overall quality of our products. We are even able to create add-on equipment or modify a design easily for differing applications.
3D models of existing equipment can be created so that we can produce replacement parts or add-on components accurately to suit. All of our 3D designs are kept on record so that we can duplicate a replacement part or even complete assembly in the future if required.
